jililv Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") form a legal agreement between the jililv platform and its users. jililv is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

Using any part of the jililv platform means you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the jililv platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. jililv services are open only to those aged 21 or above.
• You must have a valid identity document and provide accurate information at the time of registration.
• You must play on your own account — managing an account on behalf of another person or a third party is prohibited.
• Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be on a permanent exclusion list or under a self-exclusion arrangement.

jililv may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to verify may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When creating an account on jililv, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information will result in the account being immediately closed.

• Each user may open only one account.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential. jililv will not be held responsible if it is shared with a third party.
• A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is recommended to ensure the security of your account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the jililv platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for secure and fast transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
• jililv reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit request that appears suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take 5-30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jililv reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

jililv offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to its own terms. The general bonus rules are set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x.
• The welcome bonus applies once per user only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jililv reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses by fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• In any bonus-related dispute, jililv's decision will be considered final.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the jililv platform are conducted fairly. The following rules must be followed to keep the gaming experience safe and fair:

• All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is completely impartial.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the system will automatically attempt to restore the session.
• If an erroneous result is recorded due to a technical fault, jililv reserves the right to void that bet.
• Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability in a game is strictly prohibited.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For cricket betting, only official scores and results from official sources will apply.

7. VIP Program

The jililv VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. jililv reserves the right to make any changes to VIP benefits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jililv platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Collecting bonuses or managing accounts by fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability on the platform.
• Using a false identity or documents to complete account verification.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users or staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

jililv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned, but bonus funds will not be refunded. If jililv closes the account, any valid funds will be returned.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Your data is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.
• Your information is used to improve our services and for communication purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

jililv will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues related to third-party services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Not receiving an expected return from gaming.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or a pandemic.

Maximum liability will not in any case exceed the actual amount you have deposited.

12. Right to Amend Terms

jililv reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

• Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as consent to the new Terms.
• You may request account closure if you do not agree to the updated terms.
• The latest version will always be available on this page.

13. Responsible Gaming

jililv firmly believes in responsible gaming. We place the highest priority on the mental and financial well-being of our users.

• This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
• Gaming should be done for entertainment — not as a source of income.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact us.
• Users can set deposit limits, bet limits, or temporary breaks on their own accounts.
